Introducing the Proficiency Scale Workshop, a two-day event designed to help you better understand, author and use Proficiency Scales.

Led by Marzano associate and expert facilitator Dr. Shelly Gies, this workshop will provide you with practical strategies for implementing the Proficiency Scales throughout the curriculum. You'll collaborate and learn how to author and use the scales to set clear learning goals, assess student progress, and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of every student.

Over the course of two days, you'll participate in engaging presentations, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions with your fellow educators. You'll walk away from the workshop with a deep understanding of the Proficiency Scales and the skills you need to use it effectively in your teaching practice.
